As a skilled makeup artist and dermal therapist with over 16 years experience, Alex has witnessed first hand the struggles of those with sensitive or problematic skin.

Having faced her own challenges with sensitive skin, eczema and acne rosacea, she was deeply frustrated by the lack of truly effective, yet gentle skincare options that cut through the "greenwashing" and marketing hype.

Reya has been expertly formulated with the best of science and nature, resulting in a skincare line that is highly effective for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.

Whether you're dealing with rosacea, eczema, or just plain sensitive skin, our products are here to help.

Remember, everyone's skin is different, so if you experience any irritation, please stop using and chat to your doctor.

What is the shelf life of Reya Skincare products?

Want to maximize your skincare's lifespan? Unopened, our products stay fresh for 12-36 months. Once you start using them, aim to finish within 6 months for best results.

For optimal freshness, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our moisturisers love the fridge!

Keep lids tightly closed and ideally store your products out of the bathroom (the humidity's a no-go!).

Where do you currently ship to?

We ship Australia wide!

We don't currently ship internationally, but we're working on it.

If there's a particular location internationally you'd like us to ship to, get in touch so we can add it to our list!

How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels within Australia.

Shipping usually takes between 2-7 business days, but occasionally there are delays with shipping beyond our control.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched.

We encourage you to always double-check your address or ask any questions before placing your order.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to reach you and then return your order back to us (at your own cost), unused and unopened, for a refund.

Please note that $10 for the shipping costs/restocking will be deducted from all refunds.
